The compositions of his name patron “Ludwig van Beethoven” are from the beginning the center of the artistic debates of the only 18-year-old Ludwig Balser.
Not only as a pianist, also as a violinist, his sonatas are familiar to him early on. Whether competitions such as "Jugend musiziert" (5 national prizes!), or concerts in Switzerland, Germany and Russia (alone fife times in St. Petersburg) - Beethoven is always the focus.

The combination of Chopin and Münch is intended to compare and combine both composers on a harmonious and musical level.

The very personal selection from the piano works of Martin Münch bears witness to a striking affinity with contemporary music. In addition, he won the special prize for the best performance of a contemporary work at the national Bach Competition in Köthen in 2009.
